R. W. (Bob) Benwick is the Chairman and a Co-Founder of R. W. Benwick Associates, a global corporate and executive coaching practice.

Bob partners with senior executives and high-potentials to increase the scope and depth of their impact on their organizations. He brings together his expertise and experience with his clients' extensive knowledge of themselves and their organizations to create change and drive results.

The results of Bob's coaching are observable and measurable, and commensurate with the organization's need for more powerful leadership in balance with the executive's expectations for increased life balance, fulfillment and and success.

Bob has coached hundreds of executives & high potentials globally, in all organization sizes, levels and functions, and a broad range of professional backgrounds.

Clients can expect to tap into Bob's significant record of achievement over the past 40 years working in and with a diversity of domestic and international private and public sector organizations.   

Bob brings to his coaching engagements 40 years of experience working in and with international and domestic private and public sector organizations. His senior executive and consultant positions include leadership and functional roles at Shell Oil, Gulf Oil, Husky Oil, Genstar Structures, Canada Post Corporation, BC Childrens Hospital, Richmond Savings and Right Management Consulting.

In addition to his executive coaching work, Bob is a Business Professor and faculty member at Kwantlen Polytechnical University's School of Business in British Columbia.

Bob is a Master Certified Coach (MCC)   

Clients are also supported by Bob's Master of Science degree in Organization Development, from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Calgary, Certificates in Human Resource Management, University of Calgary, and in Industrial Relations, Queen's University. Bev has a significant record of achievement over the past 30 years as a corporate leader, general manager and entrepreneur in a diversity of industries that include executive recruitment, adult education, design and manufacturing, marketing and business promotion, import/export and professional sports -- domestically and internationally.

Bev is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)   

Bev's rich and extensive background as an entrepreneur and corporate leader has honed a deep knowing around what it takes to 'push through' on the challenges facing today's organizations and their leaders during these 'white water' times. She has directly experienced and clearly understands the importance of leaders to tap deep into their inherent potential, create and sustain that all important momentum required to powerfully move forward. Her laser-focused executive coaching is in service of her clients achieving and surpassing their personal, professional and business aspirations . . . . . . . dramatically faster than they would do on their own. 

Bev holds a Masters degree in Leadership (MAL), Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC.  She also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation, and is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), The Coaches Training Institute.
